Exodus has a no refund policy. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or have all original tags still attached.
Only regular-priced (NON-SALE) items are eligible for return/exchange. Skateboards that we have gripped or other hard goods we have assembled for you are not eligible for return/exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a promo code for the amount of store credit you have sent back.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
